Let me know where to send it...
It turns out, when you eat better, you’re able to not only do more in less time, but your brain works better too.
I was about 250lbs when I started changing how I ate. I knew I’d lose weight, but that was only the beginning of the benefits I experienced.
Suddenly, the crushing exhaustion I’d felt through most of life, a thin veil of depression, and a million low level aches disappeared in only a few weeks.
I started sleeping better, walking more and found myself more willing to try new things and reacting less to things. (Yes, I’m an overreactor.) Even my allergies to furry things got better. (not enough to have one, but enough to be in a room short term with one.)
And all of that helped me figure out solutions to problems I’ve had for decades, not just in my book, but in my life.
Once you start eating better for health, not just for weight loss, you’ll find you’ll be able to write more and better words in less time. In fact, the time for your book will appear, like magic.
Now, I’m no health coach, but you could start by giving up all processed foods, including commercial flour (and anything made with it.) Eating better is one of the best things you can do for your book.
And if you’d like more advice than that, consult a health coach.
